Tindakan Ganas Polis Semalam Tidak Berlaku Apabila PR Ambilalih Putrajaya

Kuala Lumpur: Anggota Parlimen Shah Alam, Khalid Samad berkata, di bawah Pakatan Rakyat kelak peristiwa seperti himpunan di Pulau Pinang dan Kuantan (perhimpunan Lynas) tempoh hari akan diterima sebagai KPI polis.

Peristiwa seperti di Kuala Lumpur akan dilihat sebagai kegagalan mereka, kata Khalid melalui twitternya hari ini.

Beliau merujuk kepada kekecohan yang berlaku dalam perhimpunan Bersih 3.0 semalam di Kuala Lumpur.

Perhimpunan yang asalnya berjalan dengan aman bertukar kecoh apabila polis bertindak menembak gas pemedih mata di tengah-tengah orang ramai.

Orang ramai juga mula marah apabila melihat sebuah kereta polis masuk ke kawasan mereka dalam keadaan pemandu kereta itu memakai topi kledar.

Akibatnya orang ramai melempar botol air dan sebagainya ke kereta itu.

Kereta itu kemudiannya melanggar orang ramai dan berhenti di tembok komplek Sogo.

Tiga orang dikatakan cedera manakala seorang disahkan cedera parah serta mendapat rawatan di Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

Sebagai reaksinya, pemnadu kereta bertopi keledar itu di belasah oleh orang ramai.

Bagi Khalid, Walaupun dikatakan ada yang cuba merempuh pagar berduri di Dataran Merdeka, menembak gas ke arah ribuan orang yang sedang berkumpul secara aman hanya menjanjikan kekecohan.

"Polis yang pro tidak bertindak begitu, sebaliknya berusaha mengawal keadaan, menjaga keselamatan orang ramai, termasuk pendemonstran kerana polis bersenjata, rakyat tidak," katanya.

Oleh kerana hanya polis bersenjata, tindakan polis mesti lebih terkawal, lebih profesional. Mereka sepatutnya dilatih untuk jaga rakyat bukan memukul rakyat, tambah Khalid yang juga AJK PAS Pusat.

"Bawah PR kelak, polis akan dilatih menjadi pelindung/pembela rakyat. Perubahan ini wajib dilakukan demi masa depan hubungan rakyat dan institusi polis," tegas Khalid lagi.

Seorang lagi rakan beliau, Dr Syed Azman Syed Ahmad dalam kenyataannya pula mempertikaikan laporan media tradisional yang dikawal oleh Umno dan Barisan Nasional hari ini.

"Meneliti berita Bersih dalam akhbar New Straits Times, The Star, BHarian dan Mingguan Malaysia sambil sarapan.

"Takada yang baik dari himpunan aman Bersih..akhbar jijik," tulis beliau yang juga Penolong Setiausaha Agung PAS.

Salah satu tuntutan Bersih 3.0 adalah liputan media yang adil. -HD

BERSIH 3.0: Siapa Pemandu Kereta Polis Pakai Topi Keledar Dan Seluar Pendek?

Tragedi perlanggaran kereta peronda polis dengan peserta Bersih semalam di Kompleks Sogo dijadikan sandaran utama bukti kununnya keganasan dimulakan peserta himpunan yang bertempiaran lari setelah tembakan gas pemedih mata pusingan pertama dilepaskan tepat jam 3.01 petang.

Namun untuk membuktikan bahawa media pencacai Umno-APCO sebenarnya berbohong, contohnya pada Bersih 2.0 gambar 'peserta' diubah imej, kali ini kecekapan pihak media dan orang awam merakamkan saat-saat insiden berlaku sangat menggusarkan Umno-APCO kembali.

Fitnah yang dilempar kununnya peserta Bersih menterbalikkan kereta peronda adalah hakikat bahawa seorang peserta telah terperangkap di bawah kenderaan itu dan apabila pemandunya keluar, terbongkarlah sebenarnya siapa yang menipu.

Pemandunya memakai baju t berwarna kelabu, memakai topi keledar berwarna hitam yang hanya dipakai sekiranya berlumba di litar dan berseluar pendek serta bercermin mata hitam seolah-olah menyamar menjadi salah seorang dari peserta himpunan.

Dan saksi kejadian turut menceritakan selepas keluar dari kereta yang remuk akibat hentaman kuat mengenai tangga kompleks tersebut, pemandunya cuba lari setelah dibelasah teruk oleh peserta himpunan yang menyedari ada jasad terperosok dibawah kereta itu, dan disambut oleh seorang penunggang motosikal yang sudah sedia cabut lari, apakah ia kebetulan semata-mata?

Taktik sebegini agak baru, tetapi tidak sukar untuk kita meneka siapa sebenarnya penjenayah yang dilesenkan Umno-APCO untuk melakukan keganasan.

Polis Cawangan Khas (SB) sebenarnya adalah dalang yang bertindak sebagai agen yang menyamar menjadi 'peserta' sebagaimana yang dilakukan rakan mereka sewaktu kawat duri dipotong sejurus Anwar Ibrahim tiba di Jalan Tun Perak kurang sejam sebelum insiden berdarah ini berlaku.



Rakaman video dari pelbagai sumber membuktikan media pencacai Umno-APCO sudah tidak lagi beretika dalam melaporkan berita hingga terpaksa menipu kununnya hanya 3000 peserta yang hadir sekaligus gagal mencapai matlamatnya.

Sedangkan laporan dari Reuters misalnya, menganggarkan lebih 25 ribu atau lebih, BBC turut menganggar lebih 50 ribu dan Al Jazeera 75 ribu.

Persoalannya di sini:

1) Mengapakah hanya jurugambar media pencacai Umno-APCO seperti Utusan dan Berita Hairan tidak dirampas kamera dan kad memori mereka sedangkan wartawan Al Jazzera dan Malaysiakini terpaksa berputih mata melihat harta mereka dirosakkan sekelip mata?

2) Apakah Standard Prosedur Operasi (SOP) polis terbaru mula diaplikasikan dengan merampas bahan bukti bergambar dan video sebagai satu langkah melindungi keganasan mereka?

3) Siapakah sebenarnya yang memberi arahan sekejam ini dengan mengarahkan anggota bawahan yang menyamar sebagai peserta menggunakan harta awam seperti kereta peronda untuk mencetuskan provokasi dan melanggar orang awam sesuka hati hingga cedera parah?

Ternyata dua anggota polis yang cedera tidak mampu melawan kecederaan rakyat yang beribu kali ganda lebih teruk hingga kununnya menagih simpati rakyat atas keganasan yang mereka sendiri mulakan.



Bukti paling jelas, pada jam 635 petang, puluhan 'peserta baju t Bersih' menedang kon milik polis ke arah polis beruniform tanpa ada sebarang tangkapan di hadapan ibu pejabat bank milik Singapura, OCBC di Jalan Tun Perak.

Provokasi yang dicetuskan dengan cara sebegitu menyebabkan polis beruniform dan meriam air mara kununnya untuk menembak air ke arah 'peserta' tetapi sebenarnya disasarkan ke arah peserta Bersih tulen yang berkumpul di perkarangan Masjid Jamek.

Apa yang tinggal lagi dengan pasukan polis kita di bawah Menteri Dalam Negeri yang juga sepupu Najib, Hishamuddin Hussien?

Integriti? Profesionalisme? MESRA RAKYAT????

Seorang saksi memaklumkan, tindakan penunjuk perasaan terbalikkan kereta peronda polis adalah untuk menyelamatkan orang yang terperangkap di bawah kereta itu selepas dilanggar.

Ia berlaku selepas kereta peronda itu semacam hilang kawalan dan melanggar tiga orang termasuk seorang gadis Cina sehingga gadis malang itu terperosok di bawah kereta itu.

Untuk menyelamatkan orang yang terperangkap di bawah kereta itu, mereka beramai-ramai menterbalikkan kereta peronda polis. -jln Pulang

Menurut seorang aktivis dari Terengganu yang menyertai perhimpunan hari ini, kejadian itu berlaku di depan mata beliau berhampiran pasaraya Sogo.

"Ambe (maksudnya saya) petang (tadi) jadi saksi kejadian polis rempuh pendemo. YA! Memang ade provokasi tapi setelah check-check, rupanya yang start lempar botol air mineral kat kereta polis tu adalah Sahabat Bodoh (SB)...!

"Mana tak mengamuk polis tu sampaikan sanggup rempuh dengan laju orang awam di hadapan SOGO.

"Berita yang menyatakan ada meninggal tidak benar sama sekali, tiga yang dilanggar parah, seorang wanita cina terperosok bawah kereta polis, sebab tu orang ramai terbalikkan kereta polis, sebab nak selamatkan wanita tu.

"Polis pun tak dak yang meninggal, walaupun dibelasah dengan agak teruk orang ramai yang tidak puas hati mereka langgar pendemo.

"Persoalannya sekarang kenapa polis tu sanggup rempuh orang ramai dengan laju, sampai retak dinding tangga SOGO tu.

"Suasana pilu, tangisan kedengaran melihat insiden itu.

"Ya, memang ada yang mulakan provokasi, dah kejar orang tu tapi tak sempat sebab dia naik motor lari," cerita saksi itu dalam facebooknya.

Cerita yang beliau tulis itu amat sepadan sekali dengan video yang disiarkan oleh Malaysiakini di bawah ini.

Ia dapat disahkan apabila seorang wanita yang bersuara nyaring dalam video ini berkata, "Astaghfirullah... angkat-angkat" sementara seorang lagi peserta demonstrasi melihat ke bawah kereta peronda polis itu.

Melalui video yang lain pula, pemandu kereta polis itu dilihat memandu secara laju.

Kereta itu kemudiannya merempuh orang ramai yang berada di sekitar Sogo itu dan kemudiannya merempuh tembok.

Orang ramai membelasah pemandu yang bertopi keledar itu tetapi membawa keluar dengan baik anggota polis yang turut berada dalam kereta itu.

Kereta itu kemudiannya diterbalikkan kerana menganggap masih ada orang yang terperangkap di bawah kereta itu.

DENGAR SENDIRI PENGAKUAN SAKSI KEJADIAN!!

SIAPA SEBENARNYA PEMANDU KERETA PERONDA POLIS??

Inilah yang dikatakan Polis tidak ganas???Yang ganas peserta Bersih?? Mamat tu berdiri kat tepi saja beb,
yang polis peronda "Barua" and "Pencacai" pegi kejar,tangkap dan belasah ramai-ramai apa hal..??Kalau lu tak dapat nak control nafsu syaitan lu orang,lebih baik lu buang uniform dan jadi Gangster!!
Gua rasa kalau video nii..berlaku kat luar negara,wa pasti polis nii kantoii habis,atau rakyat negara tersebut akan merusuk gila-gila,seperti apa yang pernah terjadi di US.Tapi negara kita,polis ada kuasa penuh dan dilindungi 200% oleh pemerintah "Bangsat" dan meluat..bagi menghalang rakyat daripada bangun meyuarakan bantahan terhadap kezaliman Kera jaan BN!!


Bersih 3.0: PAS ucap tahniah ikut arahan pemimpin

Bagi pihak pimpinan PAS, saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan tahniah kepada seluruh ahli dan penyokong yang telah berjaya mengikut arahan pimpinan sehingga Bersih 3.0 berjaya diadakan dengan jayanya.

Ahli-ahli PAS telah menunjukkan komitmen bersungguh, sehingga jumlah yang ramai berjaya hadir dan bertugas dengan baik khususnya anggota Unit Amal. Begitu juga rakyat yang datang daripada pelbagai latar belakang politik dan tidak berparti juga turut menjayakan.

Saya sempat berjalan bersama rakyat dan pimpinan Pakatan Rakyat dari Masjid Negara hingga ke tengah bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. Saya bersyukur kepada Allah SWT dan moga semua yang menjayakan diberi ganjaran oleh Allah. Dalam masa yang sama saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan tahniah kepada rakan Pakatan Rakyat yang ikut serta dan NGO-NGO yang memulakan himpunan sehingga tercapai kejayaan lebih besar daripada Bersih 2.0.

Kepada pihak kerajaan, saya mengingatkan supaya segera melakukan perubahan dalam demokrasi di negara kita. Segera bersihkan daftar pemilih, bebaskan media dan lain-lain amalan demokrasi. Jangan tulikan telinga dengan protes besar rakyat kelmarin.

Jika sekiranya tuntutan rakyat kekal tidak didengari, kita sedia menganjurkan perhimpunan lebih besar dengan jumlah berganda daripada Bersih 3.0 sehingga protes kita terhadap kekotoran pilihanraya diterima. Kita mahukan perubahan kerajaan dalam keadaan aman dan matang sebagaimana amalan negara-negara maju yang telah matang amalan demokrasinya.

BERSIH 3.0 Seantero Dunia: Pengerusi & Timb Pengerusi SPR, Letak Jawatan Segera!

Beberapa orang rakyat Malaysia yang berada di Pulau Aceh Indonesia turut sama menjayakan "perhimpunan BERSIH 3.0" dengan membawa banner ke dasar lautan Pulau Weh, Sabang, Aceh hari ini.

Di Pulau Pinang, sekurang-kurangnya 7,000 orang berhimpun di Esplanade di George Town petang tadi dan Presiden Aliran, Francis Loh menyuarakan rasa terkejutnya dengan bilangan mereka yang hadir, lapor malaysiakini.

Loh yang pertama berucap berkata, beliau menjangka hanya 200 hingga 300 akan hadir, tetapi teruja dengan bilangan mereka yang komited menuntut pilihan raya yang bersih dan adil.

Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang Lim Guan Eng dan pemimpin Pakatan Rakyat juga turut hadir. Tidak ada sebarang gangguan sepanjang perhimpunan itu diadakan.

Kira-kira jam 2.30 petang, semua orang telah diminta untuk duduk, termasuk hantu yang hadir, menyebabkan orang ramai ketawa.

Orang ramai kemudiannya mula melaungkan, Bersih! Cuci! dan Bantah! sebanyak tiga kali.

Kemudian pada kira-kira jam 2.30 petang, jumlah hadirin melonjak kepada kira-kira 7,000; botol air diedarkan, beg sampah disediakan, dan peserta tidak meninggalkan sampah kotor selepas protes tersebut.

Mereka menyanyikan lagu Bersih dan lagu Negaraku, serta deklamasi sajak Sasterawan Negara Datuk A Samad Said oleh Mustafa K. Annuar dari Aliran.

Anggota Pusat Krisis Wanita dilihat turut menyertai perhimpunan tersebut, dengan penyokong anti-Lynas penyokong yang memakai
hijau membawa poster serta sepanduk mengenai perjuangan mereka menentang risiko radioaktif.

Sekumpulan rakyat Malaysia dari Los Angeles, Amerika Syarikat, turut membawa poster dengan slogan menuntut hak untuk mengundi, yang diketuai oleh jurutera Caterine Chow, yang merupakan pengundi kali pertama.

"Jika saya boleh lakukannya, sudah tentulah saya akan balik untuk mengundi, tetapi kita perlu bersedia. Kami harap pihak berkuasa dapat membolehkan kami mengundi dari mana kita berada," katanya.

Di Johor Bahru, Lebih 3,000 penyokong BERSIH berhimpun di Dataran Bandaraya di Johor Bahru untuk menyertai perhimpunan duduk bantah dengan lebih ramai tiba walaupun tempat itu dikawal ketat oleh polis.

Perhimpunan itu diadakan serentak di lapan negeri lain sebagai tanda
perpaduan bersama dengan 100,000 penyokong berpakaian kuning yang membanjiri kawasan Dataran Merdeka di Kuala Lumpur.

Orang ramai kedengaran melaungkan "Rakyat Melayu Rakyat Malaysia, Rakyat Cina Rakyat Malaysia, Rakyat India, Rakyat Malaysia".

Perhimpunan serentak itu juga diadakan oleh rakyat Malaysia yang bekerja di Singapura di sebuah pusat membeli-belah di Johor Bahru Waterfront 7km dari Dataran Bandaraya, selepas pegawai Singapura enggan memberi permit polis untuk duduk bantah itu diadakan republik itu.

Perhimpunan di Kota Kinabalu menyaksikan lebih 500 berkumpul di Padang Merdeka sejak jam 2 petang di bawah pengawasan polis.

Sebuah helikopter polis itu juga dilihat berlegar-legar di kawasan itu.

Di Sarawak, 2,000 orang berkumpul di halaman Pejabat Daerah Miri tanpa sebarang gangguan, manakala lebih 500 orang berkumpul bertentangan dengan Bangunan Mahkamah berhampiran Waterfront Kuching.

Di Dubai, lebih 30 pekerja profesional Malaysia yang bertugas di Dubai sekarang berhimpun bagi menyatakan sokongan terhadap perjuangan untuk pilihan raya yang bersih dan adil, harakahdaily melaporkan.

Mereka 'Duduk Bantah sambil Makan' sambil mengambil gambar tanda sokongan kepada perjuangan Bersih.

"Sebagai pekerja profeional dari Malaysia, kami mahu tunjukkan kami juga patriotik. Kami mahu Malaysia dikenali sebagai pengamal demokrasi sebenar," kata jurucakap mereka.

Selain itu, difahamkan juga, beberapa tindakan dibuat bagi menunjukkan sokongan mereka terhadap perjuangan untuk mendapatkan pilihan raya yang berih dan adil.

Dubai adalah salah satu dari 30 kotaraya seluruh dunia yang turut meraikan perjuangan Bersih 3.0 dengan turut mengadakan perhimpunan di tempat mereka.

Bagaimana kereta peronda polis diterbalik

KUALA LUMPUR: Seorang saksi memaklumkan, tindakan penunjuk perasaan terbalikkan kereta peronda polis adalah untuk menyelamatkan seorang gadis yang terperangkap di bawah kereta itu selepas dilanggar.

Ia berlaku selepas kereta peronda itu semacam hilang kawalan dan melanggar tiga orang termasuk seorang gadis Cina sehingga gadis malang itu terperosok di bawah kereta itu.

Untuk menyelamatkan gadis yang terperangkap di bawah kereta itu, mereka beramai-ramai memterbalikkan kereta peronda polis.

(Kereta peronda polis yang remuk teruk di hadapan selepas melanggar tembok Sogo dan tiga peserta perhimpunan. Ia menunjukkan ia dipandu dengan laju sebelum melanggar peserta perhimpunan.)

Menurut seorang aktivis dari Terengganu yang menyertai perhimpunan hari ini, kejadian itu berlaku di depan mata beliau berhampiran pasaraya Sogo.

"Ambe (maksudnya saya) petang (tadi) jadi saksi kejadian polis rempuh pendemo. YA! Memang ade provokasi tapi setelah check-check, rupanya yang start lempar botol air mineral kat kereta polis tu adalah Sahabat Bodoh (SB)...!

"Mana tak mengamuk polis tu sampaikan sanggup rempuh dengan laju orang awam di hadapan SOGO.

"Berita yang menyatakan ada meninggal tidak benar sama sekali, tiga yang dilanggar parah, seorang wanita cina terperosok bawah kereta polis, sebab tu orang ramai terbalikkan kereta polis, sebab nak selamatkan wanita tu.

"Polis pun tak dak yang meninggal, walaupun dibelasah dengan agak teruk orang ramai yang tidak puas hati mereka langgar pendemo.

"Persoalannya sekarang kenapa polis tu sanggup rempuh orang ramai dengan laju, sampai retak dinding tangga SOGO tu.

"Suasana pilu, tangisan kedengaran melihat insiden itu.

"Ya, memang ada yang mulakan provokasi, dah kejar orang tu tapi tak sempat sebab dia naik motor lari," cerita saksi itu dalam facebooknya.

Cerita yang beliau tulis itu amat sepadan sekali dengan video yang disiarkan oleh Malaysiakini di bawah ini.

Ia dapat disahkan apabila seorang wanita yang bersuara nyaring dalam video ini berkata, "Astaghfirullah...angkat-angkat" sementara seorang lagi peserta demonstrasi melihat ke bawah kereta peronda polis itu.

TV3 hari ini menyiarkan video yang telah diedit bagaimana kereta peronda polis itu diterbalikkan oleh para peserta perhimpunan Bersih 3.0 hari ini.

Ia sangat jelas cuba mengelirukan orang ramai dan menyalahkan para peserta perhimpunan itu khasnya penganjur dan Pakatan Rakyat yang menyokongnya. -Hrkh
