If the CL decides who the best team in Europe is...? Posted: 29 Sep 2011 09:58 PM PDT ...how come nobody says the team that wins each country's national cup competition is the best team in that country? Is Portsmouth the best team in England for winning the last FA Cup? Roma the best team in Italy for winning the last Coppa Italia? Valencia won the Copa del Rey, why aren't they called the best team in Spain? And so on... Nope, its the team that wins the national LEAGUE that is the best, not the national cup competition... Same thing with Europe as a whole, you won't know who the best team is unless there was a sort of European super league. Answer on If the CL decides who the best team in Europe is...? Yes and No. It is the most interesting way and i really like it, yes sometimes best team doesnt win, but again it is the most objective way to judge, there's no way a league like that could be created, players wouldnt be able to keep up with such strong tempo!!
