I am afraid my holiday will be sabotaged by something bad?

I will be going to america soon but due to past holiday experiences i am afraid that something bad will happen here are a list of the bad things that happened:

France: got overwhelemed

Italy: developed a fear and which caused me to stop eating

Paris: constant urination due to fear and anxiousness also felt sick

Has anyone got any tips for controlling my bladder? Also how can i prevent these things from happening so i can enjoy my holiday?



Answer on I am afraid my holiday will be sabotaged by something bad?



The only thing that seems to be stopping you from having a good time is YOU.



Better get some counseling.
