If you ask for a triple room, we (and myself, as working in the Hotel business) normally understand a 3 bedded room, so 3 persons with 3 beds in a room.



Same thing for a quadruple room, so 4 bedded room , 4 persons, 4 bed in a room.



But as far as the room size is concerned, you just need to understand if the Hotel is allocating a normal double room with 1 or 2 extra beds or if the room is normally or really equipped as a 3 or 4 bedded rooms itself.
