Getting Back on Track (Jet Lag)?

I was in Italy for a few weeks and I am in Canada now. I've suffered jet lag over there, but now I am having it here. When night comes I'm wide awake, and when day comes I am very tired.



I have long days, I am 17 and want to avoid acne, and in order to do that I can't stress myself by staying up. (photo shoots). I don't want to post pone another photo shoot for acne.



How can I get back on track and follow day and night without staying up 36 hours?

When day comes you just have to stay awake. Drink coffee, Redbulls, take caffeine pills, whatever.
