At work we are playing a game of mock scrabble. i need help!?

now in the center of the board the word italy is spelled ("a" being the very most center) we get tiles based on work we do so we obviously can get more than the 7 tiles allotted. my letters are P O E E I I W B R H K. please help me win, i am horrible at scrabble. skys the limits with the words. just need the most points. help me out scrabble players.

Play HIKE parallel to ITALY making HI, IT, KA (spirit), and EL vertically. Thirty points. Gotta memorize the list of legal two-letter words!
