Jika ini berlaku bermakna, Pakatan Rakyat akan dapat memenangi setidak-tidaknya 19 hingga 28 Dun dan sekaligus memungkinkan upaya Pakatan Rakyat menafikan kuasa mutlak dua pertiga.
