| Hikmat Tidak Menyesal Membunuh Bayi Posted: 24 Oct 2011 06:01 PM PDT  Andrew Keith Johnston, 19, entered a best interest plea on Monday to charges of second degree murder for the death of his 1-month-old son William on Oct. 15 of last year. Johnston had been charged with first degree murder, which could have brought either a life sentence, life without parole, or the death penalty. Under the terms of his plea agreement, he chose to take a sentence that was outside of the range for second degree murder, which could have been 15 to 25 years.With his head bowed before Circuit Court Judge Robert Crigler, Johnston accepted the plea, saying little more but "yes" and "no" in answer to the judge's questions. Assistant district attorney Mike Randles stated that Johnston made a written statement that the 1-month-old was crying in his bassinet, and that he became irritated because the crying was interfering with his playing of video games. "I came over to him, held him in my hands and squeezed him harder than what was intended," Johnston wrote. "I then took both of his legs and shook him with enough force to hurt him."(Link) ............... Ada sesiapa percaya kepada hukum karma? Kalau ada,mintak tolong jawab soalan ni. Maksudnya, apa yang kau buat dekat orang lain, kau akan dapat balasan dia balik kemudian hari.Jadi, kalau berdasarkan hukum karma... 1. Apa yang baby tu dah buat untuk deserve treatment macam tu? 2. Berapa ramai orang Melayu yang percaya dengan hukum karma? 3. Aku pasti ada "mak bapak instant" yang buang bayi dia tanpa rasa bersalah kat Malaysia ni.  |
