Travel from Germany to Italy. ?

I have 3 question.

What is the cheapest way to travel from Franfurt to either Rome or Milan? And how do I go about getting tickets.

Is traveling from one city in Italy to another pretty fast and cheap? Via train ( save?)

How many cities can I visit in Italy for 6 days?

Ryanair has flights from Hahn airport outside Frankfurt to Rome for as low as 25 euro some days next month. It's much more expensive from the Frankfurt airport. http://www.skyscanner.net/
