Yang peliknya, kalau ler dipaksa (menurut Saksi Suci ini dia merasa marah dan takut ketika diliwat) kenapa diapun terpancut sama? Dah ler terpancut, air mani dia ada dalam dubur dia sendiri. Itu satu hal...ada 5 DNA lelaki semuanya ditemui di sekitar lubang dubur Saksi Suci ini. Eh ni dah macam kes Lembu Suci kena balun ramai2 pulak. Dalam marah2 tu Lembu opppsss Saksi Suci ni boleh pekena karipap dan kopi lagi. Dan lepas tu tak berak 2 hari. Sodomy II: Two more unknown DNA profiles found on Saiful (Updated) By LISA GOH KUALA LUMPUR: Two more unidentified DNA profiles were found on complainant Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, the High Court heard on Monday in the ongoing sodomy trial of Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Counsel for Anwar, lawyer Ram Karpal Singh, when cross-examining chemist Dr Seah Lay Hong, said that there were two more DNA profiles on Mohd Saiful that the defence had found, apart from the three identified by Dr Seah. One, he said, was found in Mohd Saiful's lower rectal area, while the other was found in his black trousers. "So now you've got another unidentified male in his trousers and another in his anus. "That's half a football team around Saiful's anus," Ram Karpal said. Ram Karpal then asked the chemist why she did not report the two unidentified DNA profiles from her readings of the electropherogram (results from DNA sequencing analysis), and had only listed the three in her report - Mohd Saiful, Male Y and "one other male contributor". She replied that it was open to interpretation, and that the readings on the two DNA profiles were not significant. The defence also said that findings of the chemist report could be interpreted to mean that "Mohd Saiful's semen was found up his own anus", as one of the two DNA profiles identified from the high rectal swab, was his. "It's very clear that that Saiful is the predominant donor in the high rectal swab. He's the main man here (not Male Y)," Ram Karpal said. Dr Seah, however, disagreed, saying that there were two extracts - sperm and non-sperm - found in the high rectal area, and Saiful's DNA profile from this area fell into the latter category. The defence countered that by saying that Saiful's DNA profiles were found in both sperm and non-sperm extract, which Dr Seah said could be a result of a "diffusion from the non-sperm extract". The defence also tried to raise the issue of the quality of the specimens taken, and, subsequently, the validity of the chemist report, considering the fact that the swabs were taken some 56 hours after the alleged ejaculation. Ram Karpal: Would it not be important to know if there was degradation? Dr Seah: That is not a concern here. It is not a concern if the DNA remains readable, only if the profile had been incomplete. Anwar, 63, has been charged with performing carnal intercourse against the order of nature on Mohd Saiful at a condominium unit in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, between 3.15pm and 4pm on June 26, 2008. Leading the prosecution was Solicitor-General II Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden, while lawyer Karpal Singh stood as Anwar's lead counsel. Hearing before Justice Mohd Zabidin Mohd Diah continues Tuesday.  |

Najib yang juga Menteri Kewangan berkata, pentadbirannya telah memperuntukkan subsidi bernilai RM11 bilion tahun ini tetapi paras itu telah mengalami kenaikan, sehingga mencecah RM18 bilion ekoran harga minyak mentah antarabangsa yang begitu tinggi. "Subsidi, pada keseluruhannya, seperti candu. Sekali anda ambil candu sukar untuk mengikis tabiat buruk; sekali anda memberi subsidi, sukar untuk diambilnya tanpa beberapa kos politik," kata beliau di Pusat Pengajian Islam Universiti Oxford.  |
