I have always wanted to travel to europe, mainly italy, and study the language, possibly art too. I am 19, graduated high school a year ago...but i am not in college...So i cannot study abroad through a college...

So i am wondering if there are any programs where people who are not in college can go for a few months and study the language?

But i want to make sure these programs are safe....

EF is one of the best. They have both study abroad programs and international language schools all over the world, including Italy. You can chose to study as long as you want between two weeks or a whole year. Adn you can go at any age :)

I studied abroad with them in Nice, France. It was really cool and I felt really safe. It was also fairly unexpensive. I also went on my senior class trip with them to Rome. You should check them out. They were the best that I found.
